Classically trained, Culinary Institute of America graduate.

Chef for 30+ years; caring, beautiful, high quality, and exciting foods. 

Originally from NJ (The Garden State), he was the chef/co-owner of the highly acclaimed BYOB restaurant 'The Brothers Moon' 

The Brothers Moon was one of the first true "Farm and Table" restaurants in NJ for 18 years, from 2000-2018. 

Now happily settled in Boulder, Colorado. Chef Will's hobbies are cooking, skiing, 4X4, hiking, reading, skiing, and bicycling. He brings his many years of expertise as a chef to cook in your home.

Chef Will now focuses his passion as a personal chef for cooking smaller more intimate gatherings of  2-24 people. Cooking exciting meals in your home. 

We provide fully customizable menus, shopping, prep, 

cooking, serving, and clean-up.

Chef Will is a father, avid skier, traveler, hiker, bicyclist, 

and 4-wheeling enthusiast. 

He has been an award-winning chef (receiving numerous awards and being featured in many magazines, newspapers and included in a few cookbooks), restaurant owner, deli and catering manager, sommelier, and now a traveling chef.

Chef Will has cooked/cheffed rafting on the Rogue and Yampa rivers, been hired to cook way out in the rutted, muddy, wooded mountains of SW Colorado, cooked in the Capital Building in DC. Served many great meals in ski resorts around the state, through Boulder, Winter Park, Breckenridge and further, and can be hired a personal chef to go just about anywhere you need/want.
