He has been an award-winning chef (receiving numerous awards, being featured in multiple magazines, newspapers, and included in a few cookbooks), restaurant owner, deli and catering manager, sommelier, and now a traveling personal chef. Chef Will has cooked/cheffed rafting on the Rogue and Yampa rivers, been hired to cook way out in the rutted, muddy, wooded mountains of SW Colorado, and cooked in the Capitol Building in DC. Serving musicians and stars (Blues Rock to Opera), corporate leaders, family gatherings, and discreet meetings. Chef Will has served many great meals in ski resorts around the state, through Boulder, Winter Park, Breckenridge, and further, and can be hired as a personal chef to go just about anywhere you need/want.
